Evaluation: $180
Training sessions - $120 (purchase packages to save on each session)
Bodywork / PT sessions:
20 minutes - $85
40 minutes (most popular) - $120

We are a fully mobile wellness company - we come to you, at your convenience.
All hands on services are offered in home, office, or gym. Golf performance training is conducted at Pure Performance in Office Park.

At this time, we do not contract with any insurance provider. Upon request, we can provide a “superbill” following each session to allow for person reimbursement from your insurance company through an “out of network” claim.

Under Alabama’s newest direct access law, cash-paying clients may seek treatment from a physical therapist without restriction.
